Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund.

There is no cost to you for faulty or incorrect items — we will cover replacement or refund costs as appropriate.
Made-to-Order & Personalised Items
All of our products are made to order, and some may be personalised (for example: custom designs, colours, or text).
Because of this:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or ordering errors

Personalised and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty
Please check sizing guides and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns for Non-Faulty Items
Under US and Canadian consumer law, there is no automatic right to return made-to-order items for change of mind.
As such:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-faulty items

This includes incorrect size selection, colour preference, or design choice
This policy allows us to keep prices fair and avoid unnecessary waste.

Refunds
Once a faulty item claim is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
