We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us at support@signedexpression.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll cover the return postage cost for faulty or incorrect items.
Personalised Items
Personalised products (e.g. custom text, names, colours, or designs) are made to your specifications and are non-refundable unless faulty. Under UK consumer law, these are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation period. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
14 day cooling off period for Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised, made-to-order items, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law. To qualify for a refund:
- You must contact us first at support@signedexpression.com to initiate the return.
- The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@signedexpression.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@signedexpression.com.
