At Signed Expression, we take pride in crafting each product individually with care and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure that every order reaches you in excellent condition and in a timely manner.
🛠️ Processing Time
All of our products are made to order, which means we begin creating your item as soon as your order is placed. Our average processing time is 2 to 4 business days. During busy periods or for particularly complex items, this may vary slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the nearest available production facility to ensure the best possible delivery times and to reduce unnecessary international shipping where possible.

🚚 Delivery Method & Timeframes
We use Standard Delivery for all orders. Once your item has been processed, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
During busy periods, such as Christmas or other peak seasonal times, delivery times can increase significantly due to higher volumes being handled by our delivery partners. While we always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays during these periods are unfortunately outside of our control.
Where possible, we will clearly communicate order cut-off dates for seasonal delivery (such as Christmas) on our website to help you plan your purchase. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding, especially during our busiest times.
📦 Multiple Item Orders
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This helps ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, as different products may be processed and ready for dispatch at different times.
You will not incur any additional delivery charges as a result of separate shipments.
📬 Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a notification to confirm dispatch. While standard shipping may not include detailed tracking, we are happy to provide delivery updates upon request.
📍Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
